Parakeet Café was born from one of the toughest moments in our lives. When our daughter Michelle was diagnosed with a rare illness as a baby, we turned to food as a source of healing and hope. That journey taught us something powerful: real, nourishing food can transform lives.
With the love and support of our community, we found strength—and a deeper purpose. Parakeet Café is our way of sharing what we’ve learned. It’s a place to enjoy vibrant, wholesome meals made with organic, locally sourced ingredients, always free of seed oils.
